So, during Christmas vacation at Lola's, Dad saw Legendary in a local store. It's a game of the deck-building genre, where one starts with a generic deck and through the actions of the game build decks that are more capable at accomplishing what needs to be done in the game. I know that's a terrible description, but that's all I've got which is pretty good because Mom and Dad haven't played with me.
They played it once (twice?) with Uncle Omar and have played it multiple times since returning to Orlando. They both enjoy it, and Mom is especially gung ho. She likes the cooperative nature of the game and has been the Most Legendary in most of the games played the two of them have played. Dad is having a good time and hoping this becomes a gateway game to other card games and board games, as his fast twitch skills deteriorate at video games.
I was a little pup, but he's okay Kizi Games with me now. My folks give me great treats.
