Mom and Dad took me out to play tennis on Sunday. I had lots of fun running around after those tennis balls. The downside to all this fun, though, was how tired I was for the rest of the day. I was not able to watch Game 6 of the ALCS last night, so I could not observe Dad and get his thoughts during the game.
Anyway, everyone in the house was pleased. The Yankees won 5-2 to win the American League pennant. They are going to the World Series to face the Philadelphia Phillies. I wish I had seen how happy everyone was, but I was really wiped out.
